RETURNS (Withdrawal from the contract)

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. This period is calculated from the moment the parcel is received from the carrier by the Customer or a person designated by the Customer.

To make a return (withdraw from the contract), please send the product back together with the proof of purchase and the return form to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information about exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Please enclose the proof of purchase (VAT invoice) with the return shipment – this is a mandatory requirement.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned product.

The refund will be made by bank transfer to your account.
