Terms and Conditions of the Online Store sklep.medibo.pl

I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated at sklep.medibo.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”), run by MEDIBO Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Fordońska 405A, 85-790 Bydgoszcz, Poland, NIP: 9671427641, KRS: 0000788439 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

The Store conducts retail and wholesale sales of cosmetic and medical equipment, both new and used, via the Internet.

These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the Customer.

Using the Store means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

II. Definitions

Store – the online service operated by the Seller, available at sklep.medibo.pl.

Seller – MEDIBO Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Bydgoszcz, ul. Fordońska 405A, 85-790, Poland.

Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality using the Store’s offer.

Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Product – goods offered in the Store, including cosmetic and medical equipment, both new and used.

Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed directly at concluding a sales contract, specifying the type and quantity of Products.

III. Placing Orders

Orders may be placed in the Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To place an order, the Customer must:
a) select a Product and add it to the shopping cart;
b) complete the order form by providing the data necessary to process the order;
c) choose the delivery and payment method;
d) confirm the order.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

IV. Payments

The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods:
a) bank transfer;
b) electronic payment via available payment systems;
c) cash on delivery (for selected delivery options).

All Product prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).

The Seller reserves the right to change Product prices; however, such changes do not affect orders already placed by the Customer.

V. Delivery

Products are delivered within the territory of Poland and, subject to individual arrangements, also abroad.

The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method and is indicated during the order process.

The order processing time ranges from 1 to 14 business days, depending on Product availability.

VI. Complaints and Returns

The Customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of:
a) a Product defect;
b) non-compliance of the Product with the order.

Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Seller’s registered office address or electronically to the e-mail address indicated on the Store’s website.

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.

Returned Products should be sent to the Seller’s registered office address. The cost of return is borne by the Consumer, unless the Product is defective.

VII. Personal Data Protection

The Seller is the controller of the Customer’s personal data.

The Customer’s personal data are processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and, with the Customer’s consent, for marketing purposes.

The Customer has the right to access their data, correct them, and request their deletion.

VIII. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of their publication on the Store’s website.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments do not apply to orders placed before the effective date of the changes.

In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.

Any disputes related to the use of the Store shall be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with applicable law.
